RATES:

We charge a flat fee of $7.95 on all orders whether you purchase one item or more in the Continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii will be charged a flat fee of $15.95. (large quantity orders are excluded from the flat fee – call or email for quote)

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY:

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Occasionally, due to high volume orders, we may experience a backorder situation. You will be notified if your purchase is on backorder. Please expect 3-5 days for UPS delivery times (in Continental U.S.), after your order is shipped.  We do not ship Internationally.

RETURN POLICY:

Any item that is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer, may be returned within 30 days of the purchase only after calling eWinessentials for an authorization for return.  We may be reached at 425-844-8208.  We will not accept a return without a return authorization number.  We will refund the purchase price or replace the item.  Customers must pay shipping costs for returned or exchanged items unless the product has a defect or we wrongly sent an incorrect item.
